It all started with a little thought while I was watching my best friend prepare for her wedding. I realized there were so many things involved in having a "beautiful dream wedding". Setting up the wedding date, location, party/reception, theme, invitations, flowers, gift registry, and other related activities are very time consuming. My friend went almost crazy taking care of all the details of her wedding. I had then wished that I could help out with at least a small part of her wedding planning. Don't get me wrong, I had no intention of becoming a full-time wedding planner. I did feel that I could be the flower girl consultant since I had worked for a special occasion dress company. That was the beginning of my girl dress.com

My girl dress.com is located in Los Angeles, CA. We provide special occasion dresses for women and girls, such as flower girl dresses, junior bridesmaid dresses, Easter dresses, first communion dresses, graduation dresses, christening dresses, pageant dresses, Christmas dresses, birthday dresses, and others. 95% of our dresses are made in the US with the finest quality. Our items are provided to more than 3,000 bridal shops throughout the country including fancy boutiques in Beverly Hills, Robertson Blvd, and New York. We have over 100 different styles to choose from and most of them are in stock.

    1. Payment Methods

    - You can pay by Visa or Mastercard using the Wells Fargo Merchant Solution.

    - Mygirldress.com will not charge your card until we ship your package. However, Wells Fargo Merchant Solution will hold the authorized purchase amount from your credit card.


    2. Shipping Methods


    - Standard: Your package will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days from the ship date

    - Rush Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the ship date.

    - Express Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days from the ship date.

    - Overnight Delivery: Your package will be delivered to you within 1 business day from the ship date

    * It typically takes 2-3 business days to process your order, including for express and overnight deliveries.
    ** There may be additional shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
    *** We will contact you within 48 hours for back ordered items and give you a new estimated arrival time. It may take 2-4 weeks for back ordered items to arrive.
    ****Please check the availability of the item you wish to purchase before you place the order. Due to manufacturing capacity, it will typically take 2-3 weeks to fulfill your order from the date it is placed. Please confirm that you have sufficient amount of time before placing the order. Shipping method (overnight, express, and rush delivery) will not expedite the order's fulfillment time frame.


    3. Exchanges

    We always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us for an exchange. We will gladly accept the item for an exchange as long as the item has not been worn.

    - You must contact us by email within 24 hours after you receive the order. We will then issue you a return authorization #. (We WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns without a return authorization #).

    - Exchanges are allowed one time only.

    - The package must be returned to us within 7 days. Otherwise, the item will be shipped back to you and considered as final sale.

    - The purchased item must be returned and postmarked by the next business day after receiving it.

    - Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    - 15% restocking fee will be charged for your exchange.

    - The buyer will be responsible for all the shipping costs on new orders and it will be deducted from the credit card on file.

    - All items must be in new, pre-sale condition if returned, without any wear and tear. The merchandise will be inspected and if there are any visible wear and tear, it will be sent back to you and the sale will be declared final.

    - If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase".

    - Prom dresses and shoes are non-refundable. A one time exchange will be accepted but we cannot offer a refund for these items.


    4. Refunds

    We always strive to meet our customers' expectations. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it for a refund (prom dresses and shoes are excluded). Please read the refund policy below for additional details.

    - You must contact us by email within 24 hours after you receive the order. We will then issue you a return authorization #. (We WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns without a return authorization #).

    - The package must be returned to us within 7 days. Otherwise, the item will be shipped back to you and considered as final sale.

    - The purchased item must be returned and postmarked by the next business day after receiving it.

    - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
